A Day At Creature Comforts Bed & Biscuit Inn

Our day starts at 6:00 a.m., everyday. Because the dogs and I live together under the same roof, and are constantly at my side, both in playtime and sleeptime, they stir about and nudge me awake at 6:00 a.m. They are ready to start the day! We go outdoors into the 1-acre fenced yard for their morning potty time, then it's back inside for hteir breakfast feeding. After breakfast we go outside to play and they are in and out all morning.

Noon is when I feed lunch to those whose owners request a lunchtime feeding. This is typical protocol for puppies and young dogs just under 1 year old. Just so the rest of the dogs won't feel left out, I provide a snack-time treat for them. All of my treats come from Cosmo's Bakery, a locally owned and operated dog bakery in Howell, MI. By noon the dogs are tired out and start to wind down, some take naps, some amuse themselves with toys and are just laying around. 2:00 - 4:00 p.m. This is when most of the dogs are tired of resting and are ready for some action. We go outside for running, romping and playing. In the summertime I have doggie pools out and they love to make a splash in the pool or visit their doggie friends pool-side. Some lay on the deck and sun themselves. 4:00 - 5:00 p.m. is dinner feeding time. 5:00 - 9:00 p.m is outdoor playtime and potty time. 11:00 p.m. Last potty call for the night 11:30 p.m. Bedtime. All of the dogs are passed out by this time and laying around or on the sofa with me watching a little TV.... and a good night's sleep follows. The next day we get up and do it all over again! When you bring your beloved family member over for a stay at Creature Comforts Bed & Biscuit Inn, they are in for a happy, stress-free fun time - they really are on VACATION!
